Joshua is Paradox's VP of Marketing and Client Advocacy for Paradox. He is the former Head of Global Talent Acquisition and Strategy for McDonald's and Head of Global TA for Abercrombie & Fitch - where he spent 13 years in various HR leadership roles. He also holds a BA in Economics from YALE. He also was one of the first TA leaders in a significant enterprise to launch conversational AI  - with McHire in 2019
